My stay at Furama Riverfront was a good experience overall! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a significant impact. However, I found some aspects of the room a bit disappointing, as it felt smaller than expected, particularly with limited space for luggage. The dining options were fantastic, and I loved the breakfast spread!

I recently enjoyed a stay at Furama Riverfront, spending two nights in a Club Executive room before and three nights after a cruise. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and made my birthday special with a cake and balloons. While the rooms were clean, they did show some signs of aging compared to my previous visit four years ago. The hotel is conveniently located, allowing easy access to many attractions, although there were some drawbacks worth noting.

My stay at Furama Riverfront was overall decent, though there were a few letdowns. I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. However, the hotel itself felt a bit outdated, and the location, while central, wasn’t very scenic and required considerable walking to reach attractions.

Overall, my stay at Furama Riverfront had its highs and lows. I was truly impressed by the staff's dedication and service, especially Mr. Sanjiv, who went above and beyond to ensure my daughter's study session was comfortable. However, I found the dining experience disappointing with limited options, and the hotel itself felt a bit dated in certain areas. Despite these drawbacks, the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
