My stay included complimentary snacks and beverages due to an upgrade. Darnice at check-in was very helpful. the hotel is close to public transportation and a nice trail. the lobby felt spacious with a waterfall lounge.
the room felt a bit compact, it made relaxing difficult. i could hear loud noises from the neighboring room's bathroom. this noise disrupted my sleep for most nights.

mr selvam was very friendly and helpful , and the staff were cute. mr raynold served me at the waterfall lounge with a friendly smile, it was very polite. mr iskander at apollo club lounge was energetic and passionate!

The breakfast buffet was well worth it. It had various options including western food. the food in the dining area was ok, but it wasn't served hot. the buffet combines gastronomy from different regions. The replacement time was very good!

rooms were clean with comfortable beds, but the bathrooms needed minor fix ups. i'm not a fan of shower in bath, but they have non-slip mats. the room looks new, check-in and check-out are easy. there is also a pool and tennis court!

It is seven minutes to an mtr station and five minutes to a bus stop around the corner. the bus takes you to sentosa. the hotel is near the riverwalk. there is a 7/11 next door. That's convenient!

The 7/11 next door was so convenient for drinks. i also liked the water stations. They helped me fill my water bottle easily. the breakfast buffet offered lots of western food.
The shower being in the bath wasn't ideal. It felt a little outdated.

I found the room quite functional with sufficient drawers and cabinets for storage. A bathtub and separate shower were available in my room. The location near Havelock subway station proved useful, and several bus stations were within walking distance. I also had access to complimentary drinks at the Waterfall lounge.

i really cherish the quietness of the room i got. the swimming pool area seemed like a sweet escape. there were sunbeds where i could lie down and dream under the sun. the staff were gentle and helpful.
i noticed the television looked old. the happy hour was only at the lobby lounge. it would be more dreamy if it was somewhere dedicated. the club lounge was unexpectedly closed on a afternoon.
